The HTM Student Support & Wellness Program website is provided by Replenish Counseling as an informational resource for Holy Trinity Montessori families and staff.

We do not collect student counseling records, mental health information, diagnoses, treatment information, clinical notes, or individualized student concerns through the website platform.

When a parent, guardian, teacher, or HTM staff member needs to submit information related to an individual student, we use Hushmail Secure Forms, which are HIPAA-compliant, encrypted web forms designed to securely collect confidential information. These secure forms are separate from the HTM website platform and transmit submitted information directly to the Student Support & Wellness Program team.

Information submitted through secure forms is used only for purposes related to administering the HTM Student Support & Wellness Program and is not used for advertising or general Replenish Counseling marketing.

This website does not use the Meta Pixel or student information for advertising or retargeting.
